SHIPPING GENERAL:
MAGAZINES:
All magazine subs include all postage charges. There are no extra shipping charges.
SERVICES
We ship packages everywhere by FedEx. We will use US mail if you request it.
TIME:
We ship most orders within 1 to 2 business days except at peak times.
TELEPHONE orders requesting 1 or 2 day FedEx services received by 2pm are given priority and shipped the same day.

Mainland -
Our standard shipping method is by FedEx Ground service, which takes 1-5 business days to the 48 states. If you don't specify, this is the service we will use.

The charge for this is $8.95 plus $1 per item (1/20th scale models or larger, count as 3 items).
We regret the increase in charge due to fuel surcharges imposed by Fedex, over which we have no control.
When the FedEx charge to us is $3 or more over what we would charge you when calculated in the above way, we will then charge actual ground FedEx.
We fully insure all shipments.
We will also ship by FedEx 2 day (from $16.95) or 1 day service (from $20.95) on request, or USPS mail (minimum $12 for mail). Fedex 3 day is not recommended - it may cost you more than 2 day. The cost depends on the weight and dimensions of your order and the distance from NJ.

All carriers talk 'working days', so a package shipped on Friday by 2 day service will arrive in CA on Tuesday. They don't count weekend days as working days.

You can TRACK your FedEx shipments from our website. (Mail parcels cannot be tracked).

HI, AK, PR
- we usually ship by USPS Priority mail, minimum $12. We also offer FedEx Air. It would usually cost a little more - but it is faster and trackable at all stages.

SHIPPING - CANADA:
We welcome orders from Canada. Note that your Government may charge you GST and other taxes at the time of delivery by the Post Office or by FedEx.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE USA:
We welcome orders from outside the USA and ship international packages daily.

We offer two rates:
FedEx
If you don't tell us what you want, we will ship by FedEx. This is fast and economical and can be tracked thoughout the route. In the event of non arrival of the parcel (very, very rare with FedEx) we will ship a replacement quickly. ** NEW! Note that our FedEx rates are cheaper than US Airmail! The service is also much faster and CAN be tracked and insured.

Airmail insured parcel post. Mail is more expensive than FedEx and cannot be tracked. We will ship by mail at your risk and only if you request it. Although we always ship 'insured', the Post Office may take up to a year to pay a claim. *

* Insurance is NOT possible for mail packages to Mexico, Israel, Central and South America (except Brazil and Argentina). Mexico does not allow entry by FedEx of goods made in China (like Spark, IXO, Minichamps). So those we must ship by US Mail - but note that insurance is not possible and mailing is at your risk. Insurance is available to all countries when shipped by FedEx.

You can track your FedEx shipment from our website. (Mail parcels cannot be tracked).

** We charge no taxes, but FedEx or your Post Office may be required to collect taxes and duties by the Government of the country in which you live. These duties are specific to your country and we cannot control or predict them. By placing this order now, you guarantee that you will accept these charges. If you reject the parcel, you remain fully responsible for payment to us for the goods ordered and for the shipping charges. If you do reject the parcel, we may at our choice arrange to ship the goods back to us at your expense. On their arrival here, you will then be credited with the value of the goods (if still saleable), but remain responsible for shipping costs in both directions.

Shipping cost depends upon the weight of your order. A small insurance fee will be added to all charges.

The shopping cart says 'overseas starts at $28.00'. One 1/43rd scale model weighs about 1 pound. One 1/18th scale model weighs 3-5 pounds. One book weighs 1-10 pounds. One video/DVD weighs about 1 pound.
